We adhere to our Data Privacy policies and ensure our customer database is not shared for any other person outside our team or any other party for benefits. These details may be used purely for marketing purpose and updating the offer from time to time basis.
We do not accept any returns mainly because these food items comes under non-returnable category. If the return reason is major or any quality related issues have been raised, then the team will make a thorough check on the batch of products. A store credit will be offered in cases which are proved genuine.
Yes, This will be a good proof for receipt of all items and showing us the receipt of damaged/missing products if any. Without this proof, we will not be able to address concerns on missing items.
All complaints regarding products can be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Post which, we will not be able to address the complaints.
Our working hours are between 9.00am to 6.00pm. Our customer support also via calls and Whatsapp will be available during these hours. We donot have 2hours support service at the moment
Shipping and delivery
Depending on the Delivery Pin code and the mode of Shipping(Surface/Express), the Delivery timeline may vary from 3-5 working days.
One may raise a request for cancellation by contacting us on 9937902192. The reasons for cancellation will be evaluated and accordingly the team will work on next steps.
Shipping Charges are applicable for orders below Rs. 2500/-
Yes we ship across India. One may check for pin code serviceability by entering the pin code while placing the order. Incase if the pin code states Unserviceable, then it will be delivered via India Post
Orders above Rs. 2500/- is considered for FreeShipping
Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, customer receives notifications on mails from time to time. Incase one wants to track the same on the website, then he/she can click on “Track My Order” link in the footer section. Enter the order id and then track.
Please note that Delivery partner who deliver these dry fruits and nuts is a third party vendor and there might be some leads or lags in some cases. In case of such issues, kindly bring it to the notice of the team by contacting 9937902192 or by writing to support@basudevcashew.in.
Once we receive the order, the order will be scheduled for pickup within the same day or next day. Orders placed within 2pm today will be scheduled for pickup on the very same day and the ones placed post 2pm will be scheduled for pickup within next day. But in very rare cases, if there is any item which is out of stock or has any issue, the dispatch might delay and the same will be brought to the notice of customer via email or Whatsapp. But within 48 hours all orders will be ensured being picked up by Delivery partner
