Yes, This will be a good proof for receipt of all items and showing us the receipt of damaged/missing products if any. Without this proof, we will not be able to address concerns on missing items.
All complaints regarding products can be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Post which, we will not be able to address the complaints.
Our working hours are between 9.00am to 6.00pm. Our customer support also via calls and Whatsapp will be available during these hours. We donot have 2hours support service at the moment
